One last addition to my DIY Winter Porch Décor for the year; I know I said I was done before, but for real this time! It’s been cold and rainy the last few days (FINALLY) and I couldn’t help but embrace those winter vibes with one more festive craft. My set is now complete: door hanger, wind chime, tree crafts, and now a wreath to tie it all together. So let’s keep the season going with this fun and customizable DIY Winter Pinecone Wreath!

What You’ll Need:
- pinecones
- wire work wreath from Dollar Tree
- jute- green and/or brown
- wired garland ties from Dollar Tree
- white and gray paint, paint brush(es)
- hot glue gun and scissors
- Unfinished Wood Snowflakes from Amazon
- Handicraft Decoration Craft Bells from Amazon
- 1.5″ wired burlap ribbon
Pinecones
- I used hot glue and just for this, but you could also floral wire for a cleaner look (if that’s what you prefer).
- For strongest hold, fit the wire ring in between the pinecone petals and add large amounts of hot glue to those areas.
- Alternate gluing pinecones from the outer ring to the inner ring, picking various sizes that fit to fill in the gaps.
- Leave the little attached garland ties sticking out for later.
- Use jute to tie down each pinecone for added support (optional). I chose green just to add more green to my DIY wreath and tie in my winter tree crafts.
Ribbonize
- Use the attached mini garland tie downs to wrap around and hold the ribbon (similar to how you would tie ribbon into a Christmas tree)
- Start at one end and tie in wherever you feel it looks best.
- Use more of the same ribbon to create an Olivia Bow for the bottom of the wreath (or anywhere you want to cover up). Make 6 loops/ three on each side, cut the edges of the mid-section and tie with jute or wire. Repeat with smaller loops and addition ribbon you would like to add. Pull loops apart to fluff.

Paint and Accessorize
- Paint over the attached mini garland ties and the larger wired garland ties from Dollar Tree with white paint to give then a snowy look. Tie larger ties underneath your Olivia Bow using attached mini garland.
- Add wood snowflakes with hot glue to tie into existing winter décor or cover gaps/ blemishes on pinecones.
- Hot glue bells to some of the mini garlands for a festive jingle and a bell to the center of your bow.
