Happy National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day! To celebrate our love of this stellar combo, I am sharing a special way to incorporate it into a burger. I call it the PB & Blue J Burger.
Backstory: my husband and I LOVE to go out to eat and I usually stick with the cheeseburger. I’m like Ash from Pokémon, and gotta EAT ’em all! So we came across across a PB & J burger on the menu at a local bar and I had to try it! I mean, I like peanut butter, jelly and cheeseburgers so what could go wrong? Nothing. It was actually the most delicious thing I had ever had and to this day, if it’s on the menu I’m getting it.
With a new baby, we eat at home more often and are actually recreating recipes of our favorite restaurant and bar foods so we can at least reminisce! LOL. It’s actually a really fun way for my husband and I to bond and create something new together for our family. 🙂 So check out our version, the PB & Blue J Burger below and you just might fall in love!
